We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Experienced Roofer
As a roofer, you will be responsible for roof installations, repairs, and skylight installations. This role requires experience working with shingles, flat roofs, metal roofing, and leak detection.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair residential and commercial roofing systems
- Identify and diagnose roof leaks and provide repair solutions
- Ensure proper flashing, gutter installation, and ventilation work
- Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of roofing experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, repair techniques, and waterproofing
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
2. Roofing Project Manager
The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple roofing projects simultaneously
- Schedule and supervise roofers and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in roofing or construction management

4. Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, who can manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with project coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding roof repairs, skylight services, and project estimates
- Schedule roof inspections, repairs, and installations
- Assist in processing permit applications and necessary paperwork
- Maintain customer records and provide follow-ups on service requests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or scheduling
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with roofing terminology and services (preferred but not required)
- Ability to manage high call volumes and a fast-paced work environment
